The war in former Yugoslavia separates Mustafa (60) from his grandchild Selma (10). Now he is a refugee in Denmark. Mustafa?s only wish in life is to be reunited with Selma who fled Yugoslavia during the bombings. But Mustafa is not allowed to leave Denmark. A law forbids him to do so ? the Paragraph 15.
