Mastering Value Negotiation in Film and Media

In today's world we are negotiating all the time both in our private and professional lives, irrespective of our industry, job function or seniority. The film and media industries have increased in complexity over the last few years as business models have changed, technology has disrupted the status quo and digital transformation has changed the way content is produced and distributed. In this increasingly complex and fast-changing world, negotiation skills are a crucial asset to every industry professional.

This comprehensive two-day programme is designed for professionals in the film and media industry looking to enhance their negotiation skills. The course focuses on understanding and mastering the art of value negotiation.

The programme comprises a combination of theoretical concepts in negotiation dynamics and practical application of the concepts in role plays and teamwork. As well as face-to-face negotiation role plays, the participants will have access to an AI-driven negotiation role play platform.
